This look embodies modern bridal elegance. I focused on creating a flawless, radiant base with defined eyes and a neutral lip, allowing the stunning polki and emerald jewellery to stand out. The hair is styled to complement the maang tikka and veil, completing a regal yet contemporary bridal look.
For this pre-wedding shoot in Jaisalmer, I created multiple looks that would withstand the desert heat. This video showcases the transition from a soft, romantic daytime style to a dramatic evening look, ensuring the couple looked their best against the stunning Rajasthani backdrop.

Whether it is a bridal look for an outdoor venue or a commercial ad, I ensure the makeup stays fresh without looking cakey or feeling heavy.
I believe makeup is about enhancing, not masking. Whether it is a high-fashion campaign for brands like Van Heusen or a bridal event, I follow the same philosophy: a polished, radiant base.
My Technical Approach
I focus heavily on skin prep, using Vitamin C or Hyaluronic acid serums before the foundation touches the skin. This ensures the makeup survives everything from the Jaisalmer desert heat to Mumbai humidity.
The Bridal and Editorial Balance
People often ask how I switch between my signature #glamxriya look and the natural, minimal styles seen in my commercial work. It comes down to listening. For shoots, we might go bold with a glossy eyelid or a deep red lip. For weddings, I pivot to soft, timeless elegance that complements your jewellery and outfit.
