I’m Riya, and makeup for me is all about teamwork and telling a story. I work mainly out of Mumbai but end up everywhere shoots take me. Every project is a fresh canvas - some days, it’s all about a subtle no-makeup skin finish for an ad, other times it’s a bold look for a fashion drop. Depends on the vision, honestly.
What I Do
- Commercials, editorials, fashion, and e-commerce shoots - I’ve handled all sorts.
- Love the switch between minimal, barely-there looks and full-on glam (or as I call it, #glamxriya).
- Dewy editorial makeup? That’s my jam, especially for beauty features.
- On men’s grooming too - from clean, natural looks to kohl-dramatic eyes, whatever the campaign needs.

Still feels wild seeing my work printed. Every day’s a new face, new vibe. I just love bringing ideas to life, whether it’s glowing skin or bold, glossy eyelids.
