My chilli pickles are a winter favourite, made when the best chillies are in season. I offer both stuffed and cut green chilli pickles, as well as a fiery stuffed red chilli pickle, all made with traditional North Indian recipes.

Oil-Free Lemon Pickles (Bina Tel ka Nimbu Achaar)

Perfect for the health-conscious, my lemon pickles are made with zero oil. I offer several varieties using juicy, high-quality lemons, including a sweet and sour version, a classic sour and spicy one, and a unique black lemon pickle.

Winter Harvest: Amla, Turmeric & Mixed Veg

Winter brings a bounty of fresh produce that I use to make these seasonal and healthy pickles. This collection includes amla pickles in both spicy and sweet-sour styles, a healthy turmeric pickle, and the classic mixed vegetable achaar.

Rare Regional Flavours

This collection features unique pickles from Rajasthan and Gujarat that are hard to find elsewhere. I make these pickles using seasonal ingredients like gunda and kair, which are only available for a short period each year.

Sweet Fruit Jams

When fresh fruits are in season, I love making these simple, homemade jams. I use fresh, juicy strawberries to create a delicious jam with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
