Model & Influencer Portfolio Shoot
Scope of Work
- Duration: Up to 4 hours of shooting time.
- Looks: Coverage for 3 to 4 costume changes (Western, Ethnic, or Fusion).
- Location: Choice of indoor studio (plain backdrops) or outdoor location within Gurgaon.
Deliverables
- Edited Images: 15 High-Resolution professionally retouched images (skin smoothing, color correction).
- Raw Data: All good JPEG shots from the session (100-150 images) provided via cloud link.
Exclusions
- Styling: Makeup Artist, hair styling, and costumes are not included. Client must arrange these.
E-Commerce & Fashion Lookbook Shoot
Production Specs
- Capacity: Suitable for shooting 15-20 Garments/SKUs in a 4-hour window.
- Style: Clean e-commerce style (White/Grey background) or Lifestyle content for social media.
- Gear: Full-frame sensors used to ensure images can be cropped for both Web (2:3) and Instagram (1:1).
Deliverables
- Quantity: 3-4 edited angles per garment (Front, Back, Side/Detail).
- Total Output: Approx 60-80 edited high-res images ready for upload.
- Rights: Full commercial usage rights included.

- Model charges and large studio rentals are extra. Price covers photographer, lighting, and editing.

- Concept: Custom mood board creation (flat lays, textured backgrounds).
- Styling: Includes usage of basic props from inventory (wooden boards, fabrics, botanicals).

- Scope: Photography of reception areas, workstations, cabins, conference rooms, and breakout zones.
- Technique: Wide-angle photography to maximize space without distortion.
- Lighting: HDR technique to balance interior light with exterior window views.

- Final Images: 15-20 Retouched Interior shots.
- Edits: Perspective correction (straightening vertical lines) and color cast removal.
