A Scholar's Perspective: Tarot Training with Depth
Stop memorizing keywords. I teach the roots—history, psychology, and symbolism—so your practice actually holds weight. If you are here for shortcuts, wahan nahi milega.
How do you arrive at an answer? In this class excerpt, I show how even "negative" cards can combine to give a "yes" answer, but with a very specific, nuanced story. This is the skill of precision I teach, moving beyond simple card meanings.
A student asked why women are often blindfolded in the Swords cards. We discussed how the deck can be patriarchal, and how these images can symbolize an attack on the feminine energy when the masculine (Swords) is over-dominant. This is the level of critical discussion we have in my courses.
Symbolism changes with every deck. The Ace of Cups can mean external love in one deck and self-love in another. If you just mug up meanings, your readings will not be accurate. This is why I focus on teaching you to interpret symbolism, not just memorize it.
Do daily Tarot readings always have to resonate? No. Readers post consistently to run their business. Respect the hustle. Take what helps you, but don't make life decisions based on a collective reading.
Someone said my prices are high. I understand, but energy exchange is a must. This work takes a toll on my health and energy. In our world, money is the medium for that exchange. It's time we healers stop being ashamed of valuing our tiring, fatiguing work.
If you expect me to help you translate ten meanings into a sentence, this isn't for you. I teach Tarot, not English. We must move away from cheat sheets and watered-down meanings to do this work properly.
Your value system is of supreme importance when you read Tarot. You can have high intuition, but if your values are loose, your guidance will not help. An honest lifestyle is non-negotiable for a true Tarot reader.

Ethics and morality as a reader are more important than just knowing the cards. A strong value system is more important than intuition. This is a core principle of my teaching.
About A Scholar's Perspective: Tough Love & Real Talk
If you expect me to help you translate ten meanings into a single sentence, learning from me is not a good idea. My classes are for those who want to understand how to arrive at an answer, not just recite a cheat sheet. We dive into the psychology and history behind the cards because true precision comes from knowing the structure, not just the keywords.
Teaching Tarot isn't just about the cards; it's about the value system of the reader. If your foundation is weak, your guidance will be weak. In my 45-day Foundational Tarot Certification, we don't just talk about 'what' a card means—we talk about why it appears the way it does.
We cover the heavy stuff:
- Tarot History & Renaissance roots: Understanding the cultural context of the deck.
- Jungian Psychology: Using archetypes to turn Tarot into a projective psycho-spiritual tool.
- Visual Language: Learning to read the symbolism rather than relying on memorized text.
It is not always comfortable—withdrawal energy toh hai—but if you want to make a career or a serious practice out of this, you need to show dedication. I provide 20 hours of live instruction, weekly doubt-clearing sessions, and 6 months of access to recordings for revision.
This training is for people who are obsessed with the origins of the craft and are ready to challenge their own ego. Whether you are curious about Shadow Work Integration or need a specialized workshop, my approach remains the same: brutal honesty, no fluff, and deep learning. If you are ready to stop being a beginner and start being a scholar, let's talk.
