About this collection
My focus for bridal work is 100% on symmetry and fine linework. Unlike quick party designs, I spend extra time on each motif—whether it is the jaali pattern or the figurative portrait—to ensure the design looks sharp and rich once the stain fully develops. You can book a free trial at your home to see this level of detail yourself before we finalize the date for your big day.
My Approach to Bridal Henna
I have been doing mehndi for over 25 years, starting from a small stall in Sector-18, Noida. Bridal mehndi is different from festive work. It requires patience and a steady hand to maintain the symmetry that traditional Rajasthani and Bharwa styles demand. My team and I specialize in:
- Figurative Art: We draw portraits of brides, grooms, and deities with precision, not just generic outlines.
- Traditional Bharwa: This involves filling the palm and arm with zero-gap coverage, using classic jaali and floral motifs.
- Custom Designs: If you have seen a design on Pinterest or Instagram that you love, just show it to me. I can replicate it or adapt it to your specific arm length.
The Process
I prefer to do a free trial at your home. It helps us understand your skin tone and how well the henna stains, and it lets you see the 'fine kaam' firsthand. Once we agree on the design, I ensure my senior team members handle the bridal application to maintain consistency across both hands and feet.
Whether you are planning a grand wedding in a hotel or an intimate ceremony at home, I bring my materials and experience to your doorstep. We use triple-sifted, premium henna powder, and I will personally guide you on after-care to get that dark, long-lasting stain every bride wants.
Ravi Nayak Mehndi Art
I started my journey on a plastic stool in the gullies of Noida, and today I lead a team that treats every bridal hand like a canvas. I do not believe in rushed work, especially for weddings; my goal is to give you a design that is as intricate and permanent as the commitment you are making.
