I spent years working night shifts before I cracked the code to 8-figure growth. Here are the core mindset shifts and systems I use to scale businesses that last.

In 2008, I was working night shifts at an HPCL plant, a journey that feels a world away from today. I share this story to remind you that your current situation does not define your future. With intense effort, you can achieve far more than you imagine.

A roadside coffee costs ₹20, but the same coffee in a five-star hotel costs ₹1200. This simple analogy explains a powerful life lesson: as you change your surroundings and the people you associate with, your own value automatically increases.

After 10 years as an entrepreneur, I have learned some powerful lessons. Here are my top 10 learnings, from the importance of observation skills and hiring good people to mastering communication and sales. These are the principles that have shaped my journey.

I recorded a video at this same location 6 years ago, and my message remains the same: you are just one step away from a breakthrough. Consistency is the key. The universe falls in love with a stubborn heart, so keep pushing forward.

The simple joys of life, like riding two-wheelers with my parents. Wishing them a very happy wedding anniversary.

I once heard Sachin Tendulkar say that if you have a talent, hold it with both hands and don't waste it. My forte is communication, and I never take it for granted. This is my message to you: make the most of the talent God has given you.

The power of repetition is insane. When you do any task multiple times, you automatically learn what works and what doesn't. This is how we have grown our events and programs, increasing profitability and results each time.

The life you have today is exactly what you desired 5 years ago. Value it. Before you can achieve more in life, you must first have gratitude for what you have already accomplished.

If you keep focusing on what could go wrong, you will never perform at your best. I share an insight from Dinesh Karthik about the power of practice. What you see as a finished outcome is the result of countless hours of preparation.

About The Entrepreneur's Mindset: My Journey & Learnings

I spent my first six years making zero money, often working night shifts at an HPCL plant. People think business is a sprint, but I hit 8-figure revenue only in my seventh year by choosing consistency over quick wins. If you are stuck at a revenue plateau, you don't need a miracle—you need to optimize your sales process and fix your TAM (Total Addressable Market). Let’s stop guessing and start building systems that make your revenue predictable.

Beyond the Hustle

Business isn't just about hard work; it is about choosing your 'hard.' Whether you are a freelancer or running a small agency, the gap between where you are and where you want to be is usually a lack of clear strategy and consistent execution.

Core Principles for Growth

  • The Marathon Mindset: I don't care if you have one good launch or one bad month. Stop getting overly excited by small wins or stressed by small losses. You must be committed to giving a decade to your business.
  • Total Addressable Market (TAM): Before you scale, check your market. Are you selling to a puddle or an ocean? If your product demand isn't there, no amount of marketing will fix it.
  • Repetition & Optimization: We have run the Funnel Growth Summit multiple times. Each iteration, we fixed what broke and doubled down on what worked. Speed is your superpower—shorten the time between your idea and your execution.

The Reality of Scaling

Most entrepreneurs fail because they prioritize perfection over performance. They worry about their attire, the background, or what people will say. While they worry, the successful ones are failing fast, pivoting, and making tiny progress. If you are ready to move from 'sochna' (thinking) to 'karna' (doing), stop focusing on what could go wrong and start practicing your craft with the intensity of a top-tier athlete.
