Sangeet and Reception Photography: Capturing the Energy
From the first steps of the sangeet performance to the wild energy of the late-night after-party, I focus on the heartbeat of your celebration. Let’s capture the laughter, the dance moves, and the raw joy of your big night.

About Unforgettable Parties: Sangeet & Receptions
High-energy parties are rarely about posed moments. My team and I prioritize low-light performance gear so we can move seamlessly on the dance floor without needing bright, distracting flashes. We wait for the unscripted, chaotic joy that defines these events, ensuring your film and photos reflect the true energy of the party.
Sangeet and receptions are the most dynamic parts of a wedding. The lighting is often tricky, the movement is fast, and the emotion is high-octane. I don't believe in interrupting the flow. If the groom is mid-bhangra or the family is laughing during a skit, I capture it as it happens.
We use flagship Nikon Z9 and Z6III cameras, which are designed to handle rapid movement in dim lighting conditions. This means no strobe-heavy environment where guests are constantly blinded by light. It allows us to be unobtrusive observers of the madness rather than directors of the event.
For films, I prioritize audio. The banter, the MC's commentary, and the live music are as important as the visuals. We aim for that 25-40 minute narrative-driven film that captures the soul of the party, not just a montage of clips.
Whether it's a grand ballroom in Delhi or an intimate farmhouse party, I’m looking for the in-between moments—a shared look between the couple during the Varmala or a wild dance step that everyone will talk about for years. My approach is to create a record of the party that matches the energy you felt on the floor, ensuring those fleeting moments of joy are preserved in high-resolution detail.
