Featured Bridal Mehndi Designs & Custom Portraits
I do not just apply henna. I draw your story on your skin. Here is a look at my signature work, from couple portraits to personal milestones.
I believe your mehndi should tell your personal story. Here, I created a custom design featuring a portrait of the couple's beloved dog, Jerry, alongside a classic bride and groom portrait.
This is a full bridal storytelling design, with each arm telling a different part of the couple's journey. It includes multiple scenes, from the bride getting ready to the couple together, all drawn with natural henna.
My full bridal packages include intricate designs for the legs, extending from toes to knees. This design features detailed floral and geometric patterns, ensuring a complete and stunning bridal look.
A perfect example of combining personal stories with traditional art. This design features a custom couple portrait on the palm, complemented by a beautiful architectural design on the arm with peacocks and custom initials.
For the modern bride, I can create custom cityscapes that represent a special place. This finished henna design shows a detailed San Francisco skyline on the forearm, blended with traditional Indian motifs.
Your mehndi can include details that are deeply personal to you. This design incorporates the seven sacred vows of a Hindu wedding, written carefully within a geometric pattern on the palm.
Watch my team and I create a full leg bridal mehndi design. We work meticulously to bring complex patterns to life, ensuring the bride is comfortable throughout the process.
See how a portrait comes to life with henna. This video shows the step by step process of drawing a detailed royal bride figure on the palm, from the first line to the final shading.
About Featured
Drawing a portrait on your hand is not about tracing. It is about understanding your face, your expressions, and your bond. When I sit down for these signature designs, I use a 0.3mm cone for fine lines that actually look like the real person. Whether it is your pet, a Jaimala scene, or your favorite city skyline, I need about 5 to 6 hours of patience from your side, but the result is a story you will keep for weeks.
My approach to bridal mehndi is different because I treat it as a canvas. I do not rely on standard heavy patterns unless you ask for them. My 'Featured' work showcases the custom narrative style I have developed over the years.
Why my designs look different
- Custom Portraits: I use negative space shading to ensure faces and figures pop against the henna background. This is why I ask for clear reference photos of the couple or pets you want included.
- 100% Natural Material: I never use chemical cones. I mix my own henna using Sojat powder and essential oils like clove and eucalyptus. This is what guarantees that rich, dark stain that shows up well in wedding photography.
- The Process: For these complex stories, I bring a senior team member along. While I focus on the intricate face and story details, my team ensures the rest of the arm or leg coverage is consistent. This keeps the process efficient without cutting corners on quality.
What you should know before booking
These designs are not quick applications. Depending on the complexity, I typically need 5 to 9 hours. I travel across Delhi NCR to your venue, but I prefer to plan the design elements during a short 15-minute consultation beforehand. If you have a specific idea like a skyline or a quote from your vows, tell me when you book. If you can imagine it, I can draw it.
