About Our Process & Technology: How We Build Your Dream
We do not believe in guessing games. When you bring your vision to us, we start by showing you 3D virtual walkthroughs of exactly what your space will look like. If an idea will not work in your specific floor plan or budget, we tell you upfront. We would rather say no to a design that isn't feasible than deliver something that does not last. Once you approve the 3D design, our factory team takes over, ensuring we hit that 45-day completion target without relying on multiple third-party vendors.
Our workflow removes the stress of coordinating with different contractors. It starts with a conversation at one of our experience centers. We listen to what you need, check your floor plan, and review your budget to find practical solutions.
Visualization and Planning
You will not have to imagine how the end result looks because we use 3D and VR walkthroughs to show you every detail. This includes lighting placements, wardrobe finishes, and how natural light interacts with your living room. You see your home before we start building.
Precision Manufacturing
Once you sign off on the design, the project shifts to our manufacturing facility. We operate the largest interior design factory in South India, which allows us to use precision German machinery for all woodwork. Because we manufacture everything in-house, we control both the quality and the timeline. This is why we can confidently offer a 10-year warranty on all woodwork manufacturing defects.
Turnkey Execution
Our on-site team handles the assembly, electrical shifting, and debris removal. We manage the entire project from start to finish, ensuring your home is move-in ready within 45 days. We provide end-to-end turnkey solutions, so you do not have to deal with finding separate carpenters, electricians, or painters. When we hand over the keys, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with both the look and the functionality of your space.
