Professional Beginner and Group Swimming Classes
Learning to swim is a life skill, not just a summer activity. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to refine your strokes, we provide a safe, disciplined space at Neeti Bagh to help you master the water.
Watch one of our energetic group classes in action. I guide students as they use kickboards to master fundamental leg movements, a key step for any beginner swimmer. This drill helps build both strength and confidence in the water.

About Beginner and Group Swimming Classes
When you join our group sessions, expect disciplined, drill-based instruction. We focus on fundamentals like breathing, body position, and leg kicks using shared equipment like kickboards. This is not a leisure club environment; it is a training space where I and my team will actively push you to improve, whether you are a child, woman, or man.
Why Join Our Classes
Swimming is a lifelong skill. At Raj Swimming Academy, I ensure that everyone—from kids to adults—learns the right technique from the start. We do not believe in shortcuts. My classes are structured to build your confidence, starting with water acclimation and moving through to advanced stroke mechanics.
Our Approach & Safety
Safety is my highest priority. We operate out of a 33m outdoor pool at Neeti Bagh Club that is strictly chlorine-free, which means you won't deal with the typical hassle of itchy eyes or skin irritation. My team of professional lifeguards is always vigilant, maintaining a secure environment for all swimmers.
Batch Structure
We offer specialized training depending on your needs:
- Beginner Classes: I will help you conquer initial fears and master the basics.
- Ladies-only Batches: A safe, comfortable, and friendly environment designed specifically for women.
- Advanced Technique: For those who already swim, we work on stroke correction, stamina, and competitive preparation, including butterfly and breathing control.
What to Expect
Classes are held 5-6 days a week in fixed 45-60 minute slots. We keep our batches between 15-25 students to ensure I can provide adequate feedback from the deck. Whether you are training for a race or just want to swim for fitness, remember the goal: bas tairte raho (just keep swimming).
