Baby Shower & Godh Bharai Mehndi Designs

For a Godh Bharai, I use a special blend of chemical-free henna with lavender essential oils to ensure it is completely safe for the mother-to-be. These designs typically require a 3 to 4 hour sitting, as I personally hand-draw the details for portraits, calligraphy, and baby motifs to ensure they look exactly right for your special day.

• Custom planning: We can discuss your layout before I arrive. Do you want elbow-length coverage, or something that keeps your palms free? We can adjust the density and the elements to make sure you are comfortable throughout the ceremony.

What to expect

These sessions are slower than regular party mehndi. We usually block out 3 to 4 hours, which allows for me to sketch the layout, get your approval on the portraits, and then finalize the dark, rich stain. My goal is to make sure that when you look at your hands, you see your own story reflected back.
