Motorcycle Tours Built on Safety and Discipline

For me, riding is not just about the machine or the destination. It is about arriving back home safe. We treat every convoy with the same discipline I bring to the gym—no shortcuts, just solid planning and protection.

This photo perfectly illustrates our core principle: lane discipline. Following our lead rider in a staggered formation ensures a safe and organized group motorcycle tour.

A close-up of my riding gear. I use an AGV helmet, BluArmor communicator, GoPro for recording, and a Motowolf armored jacket. Being fully equipped is essential.

Thumbs up for safety. A full set of gear, including helmet and gloves, is mandatory for anyone joining my rides. No compromises.

Showing the Motowolf armored jacket without the helmet. This gear provides protection while being comfortable enough for long South India heritage rides.

Geared up and ready to capture the ride. The helmet-mounted camera setup allows me to document our journeys safely.

Dayananda sir on his Harley-Davidson, also fully geared up. Safety is a value shared by every member of our riding group.

On my Royal Enfield, fully geared with a helmet and armored jacket. This is the standard for all our weekend bike trips.

About this collection

When you ride with me, you do not just follow a bike, you follow a system. We use intercoms, designated sweepers to manage the tail end, and strict lane formations to keep everyone together. Before we turn the ignition, there is a mandatory briefing where we check every rider's gear, including helmet, gloves, and jacket, because on the road, your discipline is the only thing keeping the group safe.

On the road, things can go wrong fast if you are not prepared. That is why I do not run 'ride-at-your-own-pace' tours. My rides function like a professional convoy. We have a lead rider, usually myself or an experienced team member, and we have sweepers to ensure no one gets left behind.

The Gear Standard

I do not care what bike you ride, but I care about what you wear. Full protective gear is the entry fee for my rides. This includes a DOT/ECE certified helmet, an armored jacket, gloves, and riding boots. If you show up in casual sneakers or a basic hoodie, you are not riding with us. I personally use brands like Motowolf for jackets and AGV for helmets, and I push everyone to invest in similar protection. It is not about looking cool; it is about walking away if you have a spill.

Convoy Protocol

We ride in a staggered formation to give each rider space to maneuver while staying connected as a unit. We use intercom systems for real-time communication about road hazards, turns, and stops. Before we leave Bengaluru, we have a pre-ride session to explain these hand signals and lane rules.

If you want to ride fast and reckless, look elsewhere. If you want to ride in a group where everyone respects the road, the local culture of the places we visit, and the safety of the person next to them, then you will fit right in. We leave as a group and we return as a group.

I am Raghu. I treat the road with the same respect I treat the gym, because whether it is building a physique or leading a convoy, shortcuts never work. Join me for rides where safety is not a rule on a board, but a habit we live by every single kilometer.
