Bulk Catering: Authentic Biryani & Kepsa for Your Party
Hosting a crowd? Don't stress the kitchen. From heavy-duty Degh Biryani to crowd-pleaser Kepsa, I'll handle the food so you can focus on the daawat.
Here’s a glimpse of how my Chicken Tikka Biryani is made. I grill the chicken tikka in a hot tandoor, mix it into a rich masala, and then layer it with fragrant basmati rice. It's a guaranteed hit for any event.
This is my Nawabi style rice, served in a traditional silver dish. It's a fragrant and light pulao, garnished with fried onions and fresh coriander, and served with a side of creamy raita.
The perfect partner for my gravies and kebabs, the Nawabi paratha. It's soft, flaky, and has a rich flavour that complements all my Mughlai dishes.
About Bulk Party Orders: Biryani & Kepsa by the Kilo
When ordering for a big group, stop counting heads and start counting weight. My Degh catering works on raw meat weight, where 1kg gives you about 3.5kg to 4kg of cooked Biryani or Korma. It's the most efficient way to feed 6-8 people without worrying about running out of food or overspending.
Ordering Made Simple
Nobody wants tension at their own party. Whether you are hosting a family gathering in Mira Road or a corporate lunch in Mahim, my bulk catering is designed to be zero-fuss. The food comes ready to serve, so you just need to arrange the plates and let your guests dive in.
The 'Degh' Logic
I keep the pricing transparent and honest. My bulk orders are based on the raw weight of the meat, which is the standard 'Degh' style of cooking.
- 1 Kg Meat Unit: Yields approximately 3.5kg to 4kg of total cooked food.
- Serving Size: One unit is perfect for 6 to 8 hungry adults.
- Menu Options: Choose from Dum Biryani (Chicken or Mutton), Tikka Biryani, Nihari, or Korma.
Why My Catering Hits Different
I’ve been doing this for over 10 years, and I know that party food needs to be consistent. My Chicken Tikka Biryani, for instance, uses chicken grilled in a hot tandoor before it hits the masala and rice, giving you that smoky flavour you don't get with standard catering. If you are bored of standard biryani, try the Kepsa—it’s the ultimate Indo-Chinese fusion rice that always creates a bawaal (buzz) at the table.
Quality Guarantee
I don't play games with quality. Everything is 100% Halal and fresh. If you feel the quality is not up to the mark, I offer a refund, no questions asked. I’d rather lose a booking than have you unhappy with your meal.
