My Shahi Ubtan, or Snana Choorna, is a natural exfoliant made with nourishing ingredients like sandalwood, rose, and turmeric, enriched with Kumkumadi Tailum. It cleanses deeply, reduces tanning, and gives your skin a radiant glow without needing to use soap afterwards.
My herbal face pack is a blend of amazing herbs like Chandan, Yasthimadhu, and Neem, with Kumkumadi Tailum and almond oil. It helps lighten and brighten the complexion, addresses uneven skin tone, and combats signs of aging for soft, radiating skin.
This is my Kesar Chandan Scrub, which I prepared for a festive gifting order. It's a wonderful face and body scrub that uses the goodness of saffron and sandalwood to gently exfoliate and brighten the skin.
This is the third product from a festive gifting series: my herbal hair packs. They are formulated to promote healthy hair, address issues like dandruff, and strengthen your hair naturally.

About this collection
When using my herbal ubtans or face packs, remember that natural ingredients work differently than store-bought chemical formulas. Because I do not use artificial preservatives or synthetic emulsifiers, consistency is key—it takes time for the herbs to balance your skin's natural oils. I always suggest mixing these powders with fresh milk, curd, or rose water right before application to get the full benefit of active ingredients like Kumkumadi Tailum, neem, and sandalwood.
My approach to skincare is rooted in the Ayurvedic principle of treating the skin with the same respect as the body. Whether you are dealing with acne, tanning, or just looking to maintain a healthy complexion, I formulate these products using traditional herbs known for their efficacy.
Why Freshness Matters
Most commercial products sit on shelves for months, which is why they require strong preservatives. My herbal face packs, including my signature Shahi Ubtan (Snana Choorna), are made in small batches. By using potent herbs like Yasthimadhu, turmeric, and orange peel powder, I ensure that the product you receive is fresh and potent. When you mix these at home, you are using the ingredients in their most active state.
Hair & Skin Routine
- Deep Cleansing: For acne-prone or oily skin, my ubtan acts as a gentle exfoliant that absorbs excess oil without stripping moisture, unlike harsh soaps.
- Complexion Care: Ingredients like saffron (Kesar) and sandalwood (Chandan) are traditional staples for brightening and evening out skin tone.
- Hair Health: My herbal hair packs are designed to strengthen the roots and address issues like dandruff naturally. They are best used as a weekly treatment, followed by a mild hair oiling session to lock in nutrients.
Important Considerations
Because these products are completely free from parabens and silicones, they behave differently. They might not foam like a chemical shampoo, or they might dry slightly faster on the skin. This is perfectly normal. If you have specific concerns, such as pigmentation or premature aging, please let me know. I can often adjust the formulation or suggest a specific combination of products to better suit your skin type.
