Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Styling
Backdrop & Ceiling
- Main Setup: 10ft x 8ft custom printed flex or fabric backdrop featuring a 2-seater Jhoola or traditional Diwan.
- Overhead: 20ft x 20ft canopy using colorful Leheriya strips or hanging Genda tassels.
- Flooring: Printed flex flooring or carpet (12ft x 16ft) for the main stage area.
Florals & Installations
- Floral Work: Medium density arrangements using Marigold and Chrysanthemums with Sunflower highlights.
- Props: 2-3 large thematic props such as a painted scooter, giant hashtag, or kite cut-outs.
- Signage: Personalized welcome easel with floral bunches and a thematic event board.
Furniture & Experience
- Lounge: Casual seating for 20-30 pax near the stage with low-height seating, colorful cushions, and bolsters.
- Photo Op: Dedicated 8ft x 8ft photobooth with interactive elements like frames or sunglasses.
- Table Decor: Mason jar or brass urli centerpieces for up to 15 round tables.
Tech & Manpower
- Sound: Standard PA system (2 tops, 1 sub, 1 mic) for background music.
- Team: Crew of 8-10 laborers, supervisor, and floral lead for execution.

Stage & Visuals
- Fabrication: 32ft x 16ft custom multi-level stage with masking and glossy lamination.
- LED Wall: 200 sq. ft. P3.9 High-Definition split LED wall setup with a VJ console for graphics.
- Audio: Professional Line Array Sound System (e.g., JBL VRX) with stage monitors and digital console.
Concert Lighting
- Rigging: Box truss styling with a heavy lighting rig.
- Fixtures: 16-20 Sharpy Moving Heads (beams), 24 LED PAR cans, blinders, and haze machines for beam visibility.
Glamour Decor
- Theme: Gold & Glam aesthetic using shimmer walls, sequin panels, or neon flex signage.
- Ceiling: Installations like disco balls or geometric neon structures over the dance floor.
- Bar: 20ft custom-fabricated bar counter with thematic cladding and backlit shelving.
Entry & Furniture
- Entrance: 15-20ft immersive tunnel with fairy lights or bulb strings.
- Seating: 10-12 high-top cocktail tables with spandex covers and 2-3 VIP lounge pockets with chesterfield sofas.
Opulent Wedding & Mandap Design
The Mandap
- Structure: 12ft x 12ft majestic structure (4 or 6 pillar) with carved fiber or metallic frames.
- Floral Density: High density usage of Tuberoses (Rajneegandha), Lotus, and Jasmine with Orchid highlights.
- Detailing: Dense floral ceiling hanging (Ladi), layered backdrop, and two royal chairs for the couple.
Aisle & Walkway
- Path: 40-50ft walkway featuring raised carpeting or printed flex flooring.
- Decor: 6-8 decorative pedestals or brass urlis with floral arrangements lining the path.
- Varmala Stage: Separate 12ft x 8ft elevated stage matched to the Mandap theme.
Grand Entrance
- Archway: 12-14ft wide entrance arch heavily loaded with foliage and flowers.
- Props: Large traditional elements like fiber Nandi bulls or 5ft brass Diyas at the foyer.
- Signage: Gold-framed welcome board with floral attachments.
Dining & Lighting
- Tables: Premium runners and candelabras or floral centerpieces for up to 30 tables.
- Lighting: Intelligent warm white profile lighting rigged specifically for the Mandap and couple, plus ambient wash lights.
