About More Action from the Field
Our training sessions are designed to balance technical discipline with the raw energy of match play. Whether we are running agility drills at NR Bhagat Turf in Nerul or hosting tactical sessions at CP Goenka in Ulwe, we prioritize high-touch time with the ball. We cap our coaching ratios between 1:12 and 1:15 to ensure every player, from our U-7 grassroots beginners to our U-17 squad members, receives individual attention and consistent feedback during both drills and small-sided games.
Building Skills, Building Confidence
We believe football is more than just a game; it is a tool for development. Our curriculum is built around the 'Kar lenge' philosophy, emphasizing resilience and problem-solving alongside physical conditioning. Each session, whether on weekdays or weekends, is structured to keep engagement high.
The Training Structure
We follow a deliberate coaching path:
- Technical Mastery: Focus on close control, dribbling through cones, and first-touch basics.
- Tactical Awareness: Introduction to spatial awareness and passing triangles, moving players from thinking individually to playing as a unit.
- Match Intensity: We regularly host 5v5 or 7v7 small-sided games. This is where the drills pay off, allowing players to apply their skills in a pressure-free, controlled environment.
Coaching and Environment
All our sessions are led by certified coaches holding a minimum C or D License. We are intentional about maintaining a supportive atmosphere where girls and boys learn together. We emphasize equal play, meaning our goal is not just to build a winning team, but to ensure every child who steps onto the pitch feels they belong.
