Authentic Maharashtrian styling requires more than just makeup; it is about the precise Chandrakor, the perfect Nath, and a Nauvari drape that stays secure all day. I specialize in bringing your traditional vision to life with looks that honor our culture.

About Traditional Maharashtrian Looks

Getting the traditional Nauvari drape or setting an Ambada bun is an art, but doing it so it stays put through long wedding rituals is where the real skill lies. I handle everything from fixing your Nath to securing the Gajra, ensuring that your traditional aesthetic remains comfortable and photo-ready from start to finish.

Whether you are a bride wearing a Paithani or Shalu, or you are getting ready for a festival like Gudi Padwa, the goal is always the same: looking authentic without feeling like you are wearing a mask.

My Maharashtrian styling packages are built around two things: longevity and tradition. I use international, long-wear products to ensure your matte base survives the heat of the mandap and the length of the ceremony.

What I Bring to Your Look:

  • Nauvari & Paithani Styling: The Nauvari saree (9-yard) is iconic but technical. I provide expert draping in both Brahmani and Peshwai styles, ensuring the pleats are crisp and the movement is comfortable.
  • The Details: The Chandrakor bindi, the Nath (nose ring), and the Thushi are what make the look. I assist with fixing these pieces to ensure they sit perfectly on your face shape.
  • Hair & Gajra: I specialize in the traditional Ambada bun. I use padding to add volume that holds your hair accessories and fresh Gajra securely, so you do not have to worry about your hair falling flat by the evening.

I work on all skin tones, focusing on a natural, sweat-proof base. If you have concerns about how traditional heavy jewelry will look with your specific face type, let me know. I focus on balancing the makeup so your jewelry shines, not competes with your face. This is about honoring your roots while feeling confident in your own skin.
