- Selection: Choice of one theme (Romantic Red Hearts, Royal Golden Candelabras, or Fun Placards/Umbrellas).
- Attire: Dancers wear standard troupe uniforms matching the selected prop theme.
Preparation
- Walkthrough: Includes a 45-minute on-spot rehearsal to time the walk and pose for photos.
- Coordination: Lead choreographer manages music cues and entry timing.
LED Wing & Light Entry
Visual Hardware
- LED Wings: Dancers use translucent fabric wings with embedded fairy lights to create a glowing span.
- Alternatives: Option to swap wings for LED-rimmed heart frames.
- Environment: Optimized for dimmed banquet halls or night-time outdoor events.
Team & Routine
- Team Size: 6 dancers trained to handle large wing props in crowded spaces.
- Choreography: Routine involves spinning to create light trails and forming a glowing backdrop at the stage.
Logistics
- Setup: Team arrives 60 minutes early for costume change and battery checks.
- Light Cues: Coordination with venue DJ to dim lights exactly at the entry start.

I started my choreography crew in Bangalore just to see everyone—from bhaiya-bhabi to the whole cousin gang—having a blast on the dance floor. That ‘best choreographer’ award was cool, but nothing beats watching the groom squad hype up or a couple owning their moment. I’m just here to make you dance and create memories.
