Venue Logistics
We have experience working in diverse environments, including gardens, poolside areas, and hotel rooms. If you are choosing a hotel, we advise confirming their rules regarding balloon and floral installations before we arrive. For outdoor setups like terraces or gardens, we provide wooden frames, fairy lights, and weather-appropriate seating to create a defined space.
Decoration Elements

- Proposals: We use 3ft marquee letters, floral arches, and cold pyro sparklers for a cinematic effect.
- Anniversaries: We focus on romantic details, including LED candle pathways, rose petal art, and ceiling balloons.
- Cabana Setups: We use 6 to 7ft wooden frames draped with white fabric, often paired with neon signs or fairy lights.
Important Considerations
Rental items such as cabana frames, neon signs, and marquee letters are provided on a 24-hour rental basis. Please note that food is not included in our decor packages. Our team requires access to a power outlet within 10 meters for setups involving lighting or large marquee letters. For bedroom transformations, we use removable tape to protect surfaces while ensuring the decor stays in place for the duration of your surprise.
