Standard Room Balloon & Petal Decor
Decor Elements
- Ceiling Balloons: 50 to 70 metallic or pastel latex balloons (air filled) attached to the ceiling with removable tape and hanging ribbons.
- Foil Signage: Standard text foil set (Happy Birthday/Anniversary/I Love You) and 6 to 10 red heart foils (18 inch) placed around the room.
- Floral Art: Fresh rose petals arranged in a heart shape or initials on the bed (approx 1kg) plus floor scattering.
- Lighting: 15 to 20 battery operated LED tea lights.
Logistics
- Staff: 2 decorators provided for setup.
- Duration: Setup takes 60 to 90 minutes.
- Disposal: Balloon disposal after the event is the responsibility of the client.
Boho Teepee Cabana Setup
Structure & Furniture
- Cabana: 6 to 7ft wooden frame draped with sheer white fabric (Georgette or Net).
- Seating: Low seating arrangement with a wooden pallet table, rugs, and 4 to 6 plush cushions.
- Backdrop Sign: Neon sign rental on a stand (Options: Better Together, Happy Birthday, or Marry Me).
Lighting & Decor
- Illumination: 30 to 40 meters of fairy lights draped over the structure and backdrop.
- Florals: Artificial silk flower bunches placed on the frame and a fresh rose petal pathway (approx 2kg) on the floor.
- Candles: 20+ glass vase candles or LED pillars lining the pathway.
Important Notes
- Rentals: All hard props (Cabana, lights, neon signs) are on a 24 hour rental basis.
- Food: Not included in this package.
Marquee Letters & Floral Arch Proposal
Main Installation
- Marquee Letters: Large 3ft tall bulb lit freestanding letters spelling MARRY ME or LOVE.
- Floral Backdrop: 6ft x 6ft heart shaped arch fully covered in dense artificial red/pink roses.
- Pyrotechnics: 4 to 6 units of remote controlled cold pyro sparklers (30 to 45 seconds duration).
Ground Decor
- Petal Carpet: Dense layer of fresh rose petals covering the floor area (5kg to 10kg depending on price point).
- Aisle: 40 to 50 glass cylinder vases with floating candles or LED pillars lining the walkway.
Logistics
- Power: Requires a power outlet within 10 meters.
- Team: Heavy installation by 3 to 4 decorators.
- Takedown: Retrieval of all props (Letters, Arch, Vases) included after the event.

How It Works
We come to you, set everything up and clear out after. Have done setups in homes, terraces, hotels, gardens, and poolside spots. Mostly work in Bangalore and Hyderabad but also travel to Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Gurgaon if needed.
Sometimes getting the space right isn’t easy (hotel rules, weather, tiny rooms), but we make it work wherever possible.

We love the chaos, the balloons, the tiny details, and honestly, that moment when you walk in and just smile - that’s why we do it. You chill, we stress. That’s the deal.

Thematic Setups - From Cocomelon birthday decorations to animal jungle theme party, we create custom vibes with props, neon signs, and backdrops.
Signature Style - Love a sequin shimmer wall backdrop or a grand balloon arch? That’s our thing. Simple or OTT, we do both.
Locations - Based in Bangalore and Hyderabad, but happy to travel for your party.
