Our team handles the entire installation process in 60 to 90 minutes, ensuring the marquee letters, pyro, and floral elements are ready before you arrive. We coordinate with you on timing to keep the setup a surprise, taking care of the heavy lifting and arrangement so you can focus on the moment.
Planning a grand proposal involves coordinating a lot of moving parts. We specialize in transforming spaces like terraces, hotel suites, and gardens into distinct, romantic settings. Our setups focus on high-impact visuals that look great on camera.
Our Installation Process
When you book a grand setup, we arrive on-site to handle the following:
- Marquee Installations: We place 3ft tall light-up letters, which require a power outlet within 10 meters of the setup area.
- Floral & Lighting: We arrange dense artificial floral arches, LED tea light pathways, and customized neon signs to frame your proposal area.
- Atmospherics: For a cinematic finish, we use remote-controlled cold pyro sparklers that last 30 to 45 seconds, providing a dramatic backdrop for the moment you ask.
Practical Details
We handle the retrieval of all rental props, such as neon signs and marquee frames, after the event. Please note that for setups involving a fresh rose petal carpet, we lay out 5kg to 10kg of petals to ensure full coverage of your aisle or floor area. We operate in Bangalore and Hyderabad and are happy to discuss logistics for other cities.
