Runway and Fashion Event Photography
I focus on the fast-paced energy of the ramp. Whether it's a student showcase or a brand collection launch, I capture the movement and designer's details as they happen.

About this collection
Live events are unpredictable, and lighting can change in a heartbeat. When I shoot runway shows, I constantly adjust my position between the ramp and the sidelines. I don't just look for the perfect stride; I capture the atmosphere and the crowd's reaction, because that context makes the designer's work feel real.
Shooting live fashion shows is about anticipation. You have milliseconds to nail the shot before the model turns or the lighting shifts. I use full-frame cameras with fast lenses, specifically chosen to handle the tricky, high-contrast strobes found in many event halls.
My approach is collaborative. Before the show, I like to walk through the venue to understand the flow and where the light hits the hardest. On the day, I focus on capturing the 'hero' shots—the full-length movement of the garment—while also grabbing tight, editorial-style close-ups of the accessories and makeup.
I have experience covering high-energy academic showcases, like those at the JD Institute, where the pace is unrelenting. My team and I focus on getting a diverse mix of images: the wide angle to show the scale, and the tight, focused shots that show the craftsmanship. If you are planning an event in Bengaluru, Shivamogga, or Kundapura, let's talk about the specific requirements of your venue.
Pradeep Photography
I'm an engineer by profession, but my camera is where I'm truly at home. I love the chaos of live events, the rush of the ramp, and the challenge of catching that one perfect stride on camera.
