When I work on a transformation, I don't just replicate a picture you found on Instagram. We start by analyzing your face shape and hair texture. If a particular hairstyle or makeup look doesn't complement your features, I will be honest about it and suggest the adjustments—like changing the bun placement or the eyeliner wing—that actually enhance your natural look instead of just covering it.

Every transformation in my studio starts with the same question: how do you want to feel? Whether you are a bride preparing for your wedding day or a guest attending a Sangeet, the goal is comfort.

The Process Behind the Look

My approach to makeup and hairstyling is technical. For hair, especially for the traditional Maharashtrian navri look, proper pinning is everything. You need your jewelry to stay secure for eight to ten hours, which is why I use specific crimping techniques to build volume before styling begins. It ensures that the heavy jewelry doesn't pull your hair down or slip out of place.

Customization for Your Event

If you have a reference photo, we will break it down together. We look at:

• Face Shape: Does the front section of the hair frame your face, or does it need more volume?
• Event Context: Are you going to be dancing at a Sangeet, or attending a formal reception? This changes whether we use long-lasting sprays or move towards soft, natural finishes.
• Hair Texture: If you have frizzy or unmanageable hair, we often integrate a pre-styling treatment to get that smooth base that makes the final hairstyle look professional.
