This is the first thing you'll see on my page. It’s a little peek into the joy, creativity, and calm that we find in clay. I’ve chosen these to give you a feel for the experience at The Pottery Lab, from getting your hands messy on the wheel to seeing the beautiful piece you'll take home.
Our Workshops: Find Your Fit
I offer many ways to get your hands dirty, from single-day sessions to multi-week courses. Here you can see the different types of workshops available, including details on what you'll learn, the schedule, and fees.
The Potter's Wheel Experience
There's something magical about the potter's wheel. It's a mix of focus, fun, and a little bit of mess. This is a great place to start if you want to try creating bowls and cups.
Creative Hand-Building
You don't need a wheel to make beautiful things. In these workshops, we explore techniques like Japanese Nerikomi, slab building for plates, and sculpting wall art. It's all about using your hands to shape the clay.
From Clay to Creation: The Full Journey
Making pottery is a process with a few steps. This section shows the journey from a lump of clay to a finished, glazed piece, including the important glazing and kiln firing stages. All firing is done by me in the studio kiln.
The Pottery Lab Community
The best part of this journey is the people I get to share it with. The studio is a space for connection, laughter, and creating together. Everyone is welcome here.
Student Showcase
I'm always so proud of what people create in the studio. Here is a collection of beautiful and unique pieces made by participants in my workshops and courses. It's amazing to see what you can make.
Advanced & Special Courses
For those who want to go deeper, I offer advanced courses to help you develop your own style. I also host special collaborations, like this meditative session combining clay and tea.
Our Studio: A Green Escape
My studio is a little green oasis tucked away in Pali Hill, Bandra. It's a calm, light-filled space surrounded by nature, perfect for slowing down and getting creative.
