Grand Decor & Thematic Setups for Any Celebration
Transforming your venue into the perfect backdrop for your big day. From elegant floral arrangements to high-energy theme setups, I handle the design so you can enjoy the moment.
I believe the entrance sets the tone for the whole event. This is a grand entryway I designed, using royal blue drapes, elegant chandeliers, and custom LED lighting to create a magical atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
A beautiful cherry blossom tree centerpiece I created for an evening event in Alwar. The uplighting and surrounding floral arrangements made it a stunning photo opportunity for guests.
A beautiful floral arch and printed walkway designed for a daytime Haldi ceremony. The combination of pink, yellow, and white flowers created a fresh and festive look.
Traditional marigold and tassel decorations for a Mehendi function. The vibrant yellow and orange colors, combined with colorful seating, created a classic and joyful atmosphere.
A chic black and white theme for a 25th anniversary celebration. I used a chevron pattern floor, modern signage, and elegant floral seating arrangements to create a sophisticated look.
A closer look at the royal blue themed decor. The wavy, illuminated ceiling panels and floral details created a dreamy, underwater-like effect for the entrance passage.
Colorful and eclectic decor for an outdoor Mehendi party. I used vibrant tablecloths, printed umbrellas, and multi-colored drapes to create a fun and relaxed vibe.
A beautiful and delicate welcome sign for Vaishali and Shubham's event. The pastel pink board was adorned with a cascade of multi-colored flowers for a soft, romantic feel.
Simple yet elegant floral decor for a house welcoming ceremony. I used traditional marigold rangoli and white flower arrangements to create a warm and inviting entrance.
An elegant stage setup for a ring ceremony or reception. The design features a clean white backdrop, a modern sofa, and beautiful floral arches in white and maroon.
About Grand Decor & Thematic Setups
Every event I plan gets a custom look based on the vibe you want. Whether it's a 25th-anniversary party with a chic black and white theme or a colorful Haldi, I focus on the little details—like the lighting and entrance—that make guests notice. If you're worried about how a theme fits your space, I'm happy to walk you through what's realistic.
Your Vision, My Setup
I believe the decor sets the mood for everything that follows. When we start planning, I don't just throw up some drapes and call it a day. I look at the space, understand your budget, and then suggest themes that actually work.
What I bring to your event:
- Custom Themes: From classic Marigold-heavy setups for Haldi functions to modern, sleek black-and-gold themes for a Sangeet, I build what you need.
- The 'Wow' Factor: I pay attention to entrance passages and photobooth areas. That's where people take pictures, so that's where I put the effort.
- Technical Support: It is not just about fabric. I handle the LED wall setup, intelligent lighting, and sound systems, so your event feels as good as it looks.
Why Work With Me?
I have been doing this for a while now, and I have learned that the best parties happen when you are not stressing about the arrangements. Whether you are in Rajasthan or the NCR, my team and I make sure the setup happens on time. If you have a specific idea you saw on Pinterest or Instagram, tell me. I can usually recreate that vibe or build something even better for your specific venue. Let’s get your event sorted.
