Before you book a star, remember that their rider requirements are non-negotiable. I handle everything from their flight bookings and hotel stay to local transport and security details. Your only job is to enjoy the performance while I manage the technical sound checks and hospitality, making sure the artist is comfortable and happy to be at your event.
Booking a celebrity is not just about the fee. It is about aligning their comfort with your event flow. I have built strong relationships with stars like Arbaaz Khan, Afsana Khan, and Sharman Joshi because I understand the artist's side of the equation.
My approach to celebrity management focuses on three main pillars:

Logistics: A celebrity performance involves complex logistics. I take full responsibility for managing their entourage, green room needs, and schedule. I make sure they reach the venue on time, prepared for their appearance.

Technical Execution: Sound is everything. I coordinate with your sound vendor to ensure their specific technical rider is met, including a mandatory 60-minute sound check before the event starts. This prevents last-minute technical glitches that can ruin a show.
Whether it is a brand launch, a wedding sangeet, or a private party, I handle the celebrity booking process end to end. You do not need to worry about crowd management or security protocols either, as I coordinate bouncer rings and entry-exit points for every celebrity I bring on board. My work is simple, I bridge the gap between your vision and their talent, ensuring the event runs exactly as planned.
