I make it a point to spend time on the floor with every dog, whether it is sitting on the swing or relaxing in the grass, so that even the shyest guests feel safe. I believe that every dog, whether they are a regular boarder or a new rescue, deserves a home-like environment. My team and I are always on the ground, literally. We sit with them, talk to them, and learn their unique personalities. If a dog is nervous, I sit quietly until they are ready to approach me. If they are energetic, we have plenty of supervised play sessions in our secure lawn. This personal attention is why even fussy eaters feel comfortable enough to eat, and senior dogs feel secure enough to rest. We don't believe in just watching them from a distance; we are there to provide the cuddles and emotional support they miss when you are away.
