A lot of places focus on capacity, but we focus on connection. When you drop your baby here, we take the time to learn their specific quirks—whether they need a slow introduction to the pack, extra belly rubs to feel secure, or just a quiet human to sit with while they adjust to the new environment.
We know leaving your pet is stressful, and you shouldn't have to wonder if they are happy. Our philosophy is simple: we replace the cage with care. When you bring your pet to our Dwarka or Gurgaon locations, we don't just manage them; we bond with them.
How We Ensure Personal Care
- Updates That Actually Matter: We don't just send one stock photo a day. You get real, candid video updates on WhatsApp so you can see your pup playing, eating, or napping.
- Personality-Based Attention: Every dog is different. If your dog loves belly rubs, that is exactly where we spend our time. If your pet is an introvert, we make sure they get plenty of quiet, one-on-one time in our shaded spots rather than forcing them into active group play.
- Health and Hygiene: We perform daily tick checks and keep a constant eye on comfort levels. If your dog is a senior or needs extra help, we ensure they are comfortable in our indoor spaces, away from the sun.
Our team is small and hands-on, which means we can actually give every dog the level of affection we’d give our own rescue, Tara. We take the time to understand their habits before you even drop them off, so the transition feels less like a stay at a facility and more like a fun visit to a friend's house.
