For this family home in Bandra, we created a living facade where greenery spills over each level. This approach to balcony greening turns the building into a vertical garden, offering residents a private natural oasis while softening the building's presence in the neighborhood.
We transform unused rooftops into luxurious sanctuaries. This expansive terrace features a custom wood deck, modern outdoor furniture, and carefully selected grasses and trees, creating a sophisticated lounge area for relaxation and entertainment high above the urban bustle.

Our approach to landscape design is rooted in the belief that architecture should not just occupy a space but actively enhance it. We move beyond simple decoration by integrating life-support systems into every design, from automated drip irrigation grids that handle daily watering to geotextile drainage cells that prevent water stagnation in terrace gardens.
The Process Behind the Green
Whether it is the Sarvasva tower or a private villa in Alibaug, our workflow begins with site analysis. We study sun exposure, wind loads on high floors, and structural capacity before choosing a single plant.
- Vertical Bio-Walls: We use rust-proof framing and a high-density planting strategy (3 to 4 plants per sq. ft.) to create immediate coverage.
- Terrace Sanctuaries: For rooftop spaces, we utilize WPC decking, custom GRC planters, and IP65-rated waterproof lighting. This creates a functional living area that works just as well in the evening as it does during the day.
- Mature Tree Installation: In projects where we integrate focal trees, we often manage complex logistics, including crane operations, to ensure the landscape feels established from day one.
