In this apartment project, we focused on mixing exposed brick with dark wood to bring warmth into a modern, neutral shell. Designing an apartment in a fast-paced city requires a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional reality. For this 4BHK project, I wanted to prove that neutral tones do not have to be boring. By using high-texture elements like exposed brick walls and rattan cabinet fronts, we created a home that feels grounded and full of character.
We approached the layout with a strict focus on flow and light. Instead of bulky built-ins, we opted for floating ladder desks that serve as workspace without taking up room. The storage units, such as the TV console with its geometric detailing, were planned to provide maximum utility while acting as a visual statement piece.
