Sustainable Gardening and Community Initiatives in North Bangalore

This was our first actual step towards sustainability. We visited this amazing composting and waste management park and were so humbled and inspired. It was a small beginning, but we hope to go a long way.
We had the opportunity to get a tour from Vasuki sir, a composting expert. Listening to him explain how waste does not just disappear was incredibly insightful. We are hoping to incorporate more of these practices into our work.
We were so humbled to take part in this tree planting drive. It was amazing to see the local community come together to help create a bio-diverse forest on what was almost barren land. We are looking forward to joining more events like this.
