Sound-Free Pet Zones for Festivals

About this collection
When the festival season kicks in, we move the pets into our specially insulated indoor sections to keep the outside decibel levels to a minimum. We use continuous white noise and calm music to mask sudden firecracker bursts, ensuring our furry guests have a steady, quiet environment instead of being startled by the chaos.
We know how stressful festivals like Diwali or New Year's Eve can be for our babies. The loud, unpredictable bangs from fireworks often lead to extreme anxiety, bolting, or distress. At our facility in Rustam Bagh, we handle this by creating a dedicated sound-free sanctuary.
Our approach is practical and safety-first. We place pets in our enclosed, insulated indoor zones where the walls block out most of the exterior noise. To further ensure their comfort, we play continuous white noise, soothing music, or TV audio to mask any sudden sounds. During peak noise hours, especially around midnight, our staff ratio increases so there is always someone there to physically sit with and comfort any pet feeling anxious.
We maintain a strict vaccination policy to keep all our guests safe. Check-in for festival boarding usually happens between 12 PM and 5 PM so the pets have time to settle into the space before the celebrations start outside. We send you photo updates throughout the night, so you can enjoy your celebrations with peace of mind knowing your dog is relaxed, fed, and safe in our care.
PetStepin
At PetStepin', we treat every pet like our own. Our team is constantly surrounded by wagging tails and zoomies, and during the festivals, we simply turn up the love to keep the anxiety out.
