This is what a typical day looks like here, full of fun and new friends. I make sure all play is supervised so that every dog, big or small, can socialize safely and happily in our outdoor area.
A happy and relaxed guest is my number one goal. This beautiful Golden Retriever is enjoying some quiet time on the terrace, soaking in the sun and feeling right at home.

Notice that there are no cages in these photos? That is because we run a strictly cage-free zone here in HSR. Whether your pup is an active Labrador or a shy Shih Tzu, they spend their day roaming our indoor areas or lounging on the terrace, supervised by our team to keep the pack dynamics friendly and stress-free.
We have designed Petscetra to feel like a second home, not a kennel. Most facilities rely on rigid schedules and isolated crates, but we believe that pets thrive when they can socialize, sniff, and stretch whenever they please.
