About this collection
We know that active dogs can get hot and tired quickly, especially in our climate. That is why we have installed raised platforms throughout our gravel park. They keep your dog off the ground for resting, while our multiple elevated water stations ensure clean, fresh water is always just a few steps away from the play action.
Playtime in our off-leash park is intense, involving lots of running, jumping, and socialization. To keep our furry guests safe, we balance this high energy with mandatory rest periods. We have designed our Whitefield facility with cooling zones, which are shaded areas equipped with platforms where dogs can lounge and catch their breath without sitting on hot concrete.
Hydration is non-negotiable. We use elevated, spill-proof water bowls placed strategically around the agility course. This prevents water from getting contaminated by gravel or dirt, and it stops dogs from tripping over bowls while sprinting.
Why this matters: Keeping a dog hydrated is about temperature regulation. Whether your pup is here for a full day of daycare or an overnight boarding stay, our staff monitors them constantly to ensure they are not overheating. If we see a dog getting too excited or tired, we gently steer them toward a quiet platform for a drink and a breather. It is all about pacing the fun so every dog goes home tired, happy, and healthy.
Petboro
We are Petboro, and dogs are our world, not just our work. We believe that a happy dog needs a mix of wild play and proper downtime, and that is exactly what we have built here in Whitefield.
