Most jewellery you see is fixed, but I believe your necklace should be as unique as your event. I often work with clients to create designs with interchangeable central stones, so you can swap out a sapphire for an emerald depending on your outfit, ensuring the piece actually gets worn more than once.
My approach to diamond jewellery is rooted in transparency and craft. Every necklace I create uses IGI-certified natural or lab-grown diamonds, set in 14kt or 18kt hallmarked gold. This ensures you are not just getting something that sparkles today, but a piece that retains its value and lasts.
When you come to me for a contemporary necklace, we aren't just picking from a catalog. We discuss the neck depth, the occasion, and the overall look you want to achieve. For receptions and cocktails, I lean towards open-setting designs that catch the light from every angle, using shapes like marquise, pear, and radiant cuts.
I also manage the look of the piece by blending diamond types.
