These classes are less like a workout and more like a party. I use upbeat music and energetic choreography in Zumba, freestyle, and aerobics sessions to boost your mood, improve stamina, and make fitness incredibly fun.

Group Strength & Conditioning

In these sessions, we push our limits together. I focus on functional strength, using everything from dumbbells and barbells to bodyweight exercises to build power, endurance, and confidence in a supportive group setting.
