About Our Story & Our Promise
When you visit us at our HSR Layout hub, you will notice our 'no-rush' policy immediately. Whether you are here for a vet checkup or just coffee while your dog lounges, we intentionally limit our daily appointments. This ensures our staff can provide calm, fear-free interactions, so your pet feels like they are visiting a friend rather than a clinic.
We built PawsnCollars because we were frustrated with the status quo. We noticed that vet visits felt clinical and rushed, grooming was often treated as a volume business, and pet parents were rarely included in the process. We decided to build a 360-degree ecosystem where every touchpoint—from our cafe to our grooming spa and veterinary clinic—is designed with your pet's long-term health in mind.
Our approach is grounded in preventive wellness. Every grooming session at our spa includes a mandatory vet check, and our hotel is crate-free to keep stress levels low. At our cafe, the menu is crafted for both pets and their owners, featuring fresh, vet-approved meals alongside artisan coffee. We don't just host customers; we foster a community of conscious pet parents who share tips on rescues, nutrition, and training.
We source only the products we use for our own pets, focusing on clean ingredients and sustainable materials.
