About Real Celebrations, Real Memories
When you book my space, it is entirely yours. No random people, just you and your guests. I handle all the decor personally, from shimmer walls to balloon arches, so you can focus on the moment. Whether you need a projector for a surprise montage or just a quiet, comfortable room for an anniversary dinner, I make sure the setup is ready before you arrive. If you book the Big Bash Hall, I usually throw in some complimentary pizzas to keep the energy high.
I started Party Planet because I wanted a spot in Hubli where celebrations don't feel like public spectacles. You know that feeling when you are at a crowded cafe and just want a private moment to cut your cake? I fixed that.
My Two Private Spaces
I have two setups depending on what you need.
- The Big Bash Hall: This is for groups of 10 to 15 people who want a proper party vibe. It features a projector for surprise videos or movie nights and enough space to move around. It is perfect for birthdays, family get-togethers, or pre-wedding celebrations.
- The Cozy Corner: This is my go-to for couples or small friend groups (up to 4 people). It comes with a TV for Netflix, ambient lighting, and complete privacy. It is the ideal setting for romantic proposals, quiet birthday surprises, or just binge-watching your favorite shows.
Making It Your Own
Every decoration you see in my gallery—the shimmer walls, the balloon arches, the neon signs—I design myself. You tell me the theme, and I will make it happen. I even have a fog machine if you want that dramatic entry for your birthday.
My goal is to give you a venue where you can be yourself. No waiting, no awkward stares. Just you, your people, and a space that is yours for those 3 hours. Whether you are planning a low-key anniversary dinner or a high-energy surprise birthday, reach out and let’s get the details sorted.
