Kitchen & Storage
- Compact Kitchen: Renovation of approx. 6 ft cooking platform including SS wire baskets (trolleys) under the counter.
- Loft (Mala) Covering: Framing and laminate shutters to cover overhead water tanks or storage lofts.
- Wardrobe: Standard 2-door hinged wardrobe (3ft wide) for daily essentials.
Decor & Finishes
- Visual Enhancements: One illusion/depth-creating 3D wallpaper (e.g., tunnel or nature view) to expand room perception.
- Ceiling & Paint: Simple Gypsum borders (cornice style) to hide wiring and a fresh coat of Tractor Emulsion or Distemper paint.
