The Grand Newborn Keepsake Frame (4 Casts + Photo)
Logistics & Safety
- Session: 45 to 60 minute impression session (Home visit or Studio) using non toxic, dermatologically safe chromatic alginate designed for newborn skin.
- Material: 4 Impressions (2 Hands, 2 Feet) cast in high density dental grade stone plaster for superior durability and fingerprint detail.
Finishing & Aesthetics
- Post Processing: Manual removal of air bubbles, sanding of rough edges, and multi coat spray painting (Gold, Antique Bronze, or Silver).
- Frame Construction: 12x12 to 14x14 inch deep shadow box with glass frontage and heavy duty wall mounting hardware.
- Visual Elements: Custom designed digital print background (e.g., Peacock or Floral theme), one mounted 5x7 or 6x8 inch photograph, and battery operated fairy lights.
- Personalization: Laser cut acrylic name in Gold or Silver mirror finish for a raised 3D effect.

- Frame Size: Standard rectangular 8x10 inch deep shadow box frame.
- Background: Clean, single color matte background (Blue, Pink, or Neutral) without digital themed art.
- Labeling: Includes a 2D printed name label or vinyl sticker cutout.
- Note: This version does not include photo integration or 3D acrylic laser cut names.

Molding Process
- Bucket Immersion: Uses a high volume alginate bucket technique where the couple holds hands inside the molding container (30 to 45 mins).
- Structure: Single piece solid casting of two clasped hands reinforced with internal armature wire to prevent breakage.
Finish & Mounting
- Detailed Cleaning: Meticulous removal of artifacts around fingernails, rings, and skin pores before painting.
- Coating: Metallic weather sealed coating available in Gold, Copper, or Silver.
- Base: Permanently mounted on a heavy wooden or faux stone plinth (Black or Polished Wood finish) for tabletop display.
- Personalization: Includes a metallic or acrylic plaque attached to the base with names and dates.

Doesn't matter if your kid is a little natkhat (mischievous) or you want a family memory, I do it for all ages.
How We Make It
I use safe, non-toxic stuff - so even newborns are totally fine. After we take the cast, I work on every detail, add a themed photo, and pop it all in a custom shadow box frame. Your baby's name or family name goes in a cool 3D font, with colours and backgrounds to match your vibe. Each piece takes about 2-3 weeks.
Just a heads up: the frame is delicate, so handle it like you would any special yaad (memory).

Hey, we’re Jaya & Varun, the faces behind Panda & Panda Photography. Started this in 2020, just us two, husband-wife partners, chasing tiny smiles and big family hugs.
