6-Week Semi-Classical Foundation Course
Course Structure
- Schedule: 6 hours of live instruction spread over 6 weeks (1 session per week).
- Format: Interactive Zoom sessions where instructors provide spot-corrections via gallery view.
Training Curriculum
- Technique: Dedicated time for warm-ups, isolation exercises, and fundamentals like Mudras and spins.
- Choreography: Progressive learning of a full-length, performance-ready routine (2 to 3 minutes).

For us at One Stop Dance, dance is not just steps and music, it's pure joy and a way to connect. We've been at it for ages (over 20 years!), and our OSD Fam keeps growing with dancers from everywhere.
How Our Online Classes Work
- All our sessions are live, interactive Zoom dance classes - not pre-recorded videos.
- We focus on Indian dance forms: Bollywood, Semi-Classical, Punjabi, Gujarati, and some fusion too.
- Classes are in Indian Standard Time, but you can join from anywhere.
- Every session has a warm-up, drills, and step-by-step choreography. Feedback is personal and real - sometimes we even pause to laugh at our own mistakes!
What You Can Join
- Regular Classes: Perfect if you want to build your basics, improve technique, or just dance regularly. We offer beginner to advanced levels.
- Choreo Workshops: Just want to learn a dance to your favourite song? Our online choreography masterclass is a single, high-energy session (usually 2-2.5 hours). Styles include Semi-Classical and Indo-Contemporary.
Who Fits In
Absolutely anyone. Even if you have two left feet, you’re welcome. Some folks are super confident, some are shy, but we’re all in this together. Aye haalo! (Come on, let’s go!)

My Story
We’re Payal, Hasti, and Mitali - started as two tiny kids spinning around, now we’re a trio running One Stop Dance. Dance is just home for us, really. From PMHK days to OSD, it’s been wild - YouTube Silver Button and loads of love from our OSD Fam. Every step, every twirl, it’s just us chasing what makes us happy.
