- Recording: Professional recording of group performance at the end of the routine
- Equipment: Shot using high-end mobile or DSLR with gimbal stabilization
Bharathanatyam Foundation Course
Training Components
- Focus: Nritta (pure dance steps), Adavus (basic steps), Mudras (hand gestures), and Abhinaya (expressions)
- Theory: Instruction on rhythm (Tala) and history of movements
- Methodology: Dance as active meditation focusing on concentration and spinal posture
Logistics
- Schedule: Weekend or evening batches (Twice a week)
- Duration: 75 minutes per session (includes warm-up and Namaskaram)
- Dress Code: Practice sarees or Kurta/Leggings required (Student to provide)

Layaanusaara
My Story
Hey! We’re Layaanusaara, started out as Dancepidemic, first big break at Miss Glam India 2018. Renamed ourselves, ‘cause everything moves to its own rhythm, right? Trained with legends like Remo D’souza, Terence Lewis, and watched Madhuri Dixit ma’am light up the stage. We dance for causes too – child abuse, anti-drugs, you name it. For us, dance is that wild, alive moment under the spotlight. That’s what we want you to feel.
