Gentle Dog Training & Basic Manners in Faridabad
Yeh sirf training nahi, ek rishta hai (this isn't just training, it's a relationship). We focus on positive reinforcement and play, helping your fur baby learn basic commands like sit, stay, and come in our open-air farm space.
Managing a whole gang of Golden Retrievers during treat time! We use these moments to reinforce patience and gentle manners, ensuring everyone waits their turn.
A focused Rottweiler learning the 'sit' command during a training session. Even in a group environment, we take time for one-on-one guidance to solidify basic obedience.
Our trainer Sunny Chauhan working with a young Belgian Malinois. This breed is very intelligent and thrives with positive, engaging training methods to channel their energy.
About Gentle Guidance & Basic Manners
The most important part of our training happens on the last day. We don't just hand over a trained dog; we hold a mandatory one-hour handover session to show you exactly how we use commands, so you can keep the connection strong at home.
At Oma, we believe training shouldn't feel like a classroom. When your dog learns to 'sit' or 'come' here, they aren't doing it out of fear of a cage. They are doing it because they trust us and want to engage.
How We Train
We don't use harsh methods. Everything is positive reinforcement—lots of praise, treats, and play. Whether it's a tiny Pomeranian or a high-energy Belgian Malinois, we adapt our pace to the dog. Our training happens in our large, open-air farm in Sector 87, Faridabad. Because our dogs spend their day in a cage-free, off-leash pack, they are already relaxed and ready to learn when training time starts.
Beyond Commands
We tackle real-world issues like jumping on guests, leash pulling, or general manners. We also focus heavily on desensitization—getting your pet comfortable with grooming touches and urban noises.
Our Commitment
Progress isn't a secret. We share video clips 2-3 times a week via WhatsApp so you can see your baby’s journey. And when you pick them up, we sit down with you for a full handover session. We demonstrate every command so you can maintain the same style of communication at home, ensuring no confusion for your pet.
Oma Pet Boarding
I'm Sunny, and I run Oma with my family. My own dogs, Baba and Nawab, are my sher (lions), and I treat every guest here exactly like them. We don't believe in kennels; we believe in cuddles, fresh air, and treating your fur baby like one of our own.
