About SoundsProof: My Signature Events
When you book a SoundsProof event, I am focused on delivering a high-intensity performance. To make that happen, I require a professional Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 or CDJ-3000 setup with a DJM-900 NXS2 mixer ready to go on-site. Since I do not carry speakers or consoles, having this industry-standard gear locked in is the only way I can ensure the 3-4 deck mixing precision that keeps the dancefloor moving all night.
SoundsProof is my platform to move beyond the typical club set. It is about building a scene. Whether it is a packed rooftop block party or an intimate Desi Hip Hop (DHH) pop-up at a studio, my goal is to bridge the gap between global sounds and local talent. I have taken these vibes from places like Raasta Bombay to festivals across India, keeping the focus on tight, high-energy transitions that respect the roots of the music.
My Approach to Your Event
- Genre Management: I blend Hip Hop, Trap, Afrobeats, and Dancehall. I read the room and adjust the mix to keep the energy levels high, just like I do for the Gully Gang.
- Mic Presence: I do not just hide behind the deck. I talk to the crowd, hype everyone up, and make sure the audience feels like they are part of the show.
- Venue Adaptation: I have performed everywhere from festival mainstages to corporate mixers. I know how to scale my sound to fit a black-tie event or a wild rooftop party.
