BJJ is my core passion. We focus on leverage and technique over brute force, making it a mental and physical chess match. Our classes cover everything from Gi and No-Gi fundamentals to live rolling and practical Street Jiu-Jitsu for real-world self-defense.

Muay Thai & Kickboxing: The Art of Eight Limbs

Learn to use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins in our high-energy Muay Thai and Kickboxing classes. This is a full-body workout that builds incredible power, speed, and endurance. We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to experienced strikers.

Kids Program: Forging Future Warriors

Our program for kids aged 6-14 is about more than just martial arts. We build confidence, discipline, and focus in a safe and fun environment, giving them the tools to be bully-proof and resilient. We teach them to be brave and push through their fears.

Strength & Conditioning for Combat

A fighter needs more than just technique. Our functional strength and conditioning classes are designed to build the power, endurance, and mobility you need on the mats. We use a mix of circuit training, body pump, and weightlifting to make you a more complete athlete.
