Residential Gypsum False Ceiling
Core Materials
- Framing: G.I. (Galvanized Iron) perimeter and intermediate channels suspended from the true ceiling.
- Boards: Standard 12mm Gypsum boards (Saint Gobain / USG Boral or equivalent stock).
- Finish: Joints sealed with fiber mesh tape and jointing compound/POP to create a seamless surface.
Design & Execution
- Scope: Includes execution of tray lights (cove), curtain pelmets, and geometric patterns as per 2D design.
- Preparation: Water-level marking ensuring a perfectly flat surface (dropped 4 to 6 inches from slab).
- Cut-outs: Cutting holes for concealed downlights, profile lights, and fan rods.
Exclusions
- Paint: Plastic emulsion or texture paint is NOT included (surface handed over in raw white).
- Electricals: Wiring, LED strips, bulbs, and fans are supplied/installed by the client.
WPC Fluted & Louver Ceiling
Panel Specifications
- Material: High-density WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) or Charcoal-based louvers.
- Visuals: Fluted/ribbed design available in Teak, Walnut, Pastel colors, or Metallic finishes.
- Properties: 100% Waterproof, Termite-proof, and Damp-proof (Ideal for balconies or damp areas).
Installation Structure
- Sub-frame: Hidden Aluminium or Wooden batten framework secured to the slab to hold panels.
- Fixing: Interlocking tongue-and-groove system with concealed clips (no visible screws).
- Finishing: Matching start/end profiles or corners to hide cut edges.
Maintenance
- Zero Paint: Pre-finished surface that requires no painting or polishing, only occasional wiping.
Modular Grid False Ceiling
System Components
- Grid: Exposed powder-coated steel T-grid system (15mm or 24mm) suspended on G.I. wires.
- Tiles: Supply of 595mm x 595mm tiles (Options: PVC Laminated or Mineral Fiber).
- Access: Demountable design allowing instant access to AC ducts and fire sprinkler pipes above.
Installation Details
- Perimeter: L-angle installation on walls for clean edge finishing.
- Lighting Prep: Grid sized to fit standard 2x2 LED panel lights (lights supplied by client, fitting is drop-in).
- Alignment: Laser leveled execution to ensure perfectly straight lines across large halls.
