My Way of Wedding Choreography
Honestly, I’ve always loved that filmi (movie-style) drama and big stage moments. For me, it’s not just about teaching dance steps - it’s about bringing people together, making memories, and having that one epic performance everyone talks about long after the wedding.
What I Do
- I choreograph for everyone - non-dancers, shy uncles, super enthu cousins, you name it. The goal is to make each dance feel personal, not just rehearsed.
- Couples get their main character moment, whether you want something romantic or a full-on party vibe. I’ve done everything from soulful tracks to Diljit mashups.
- Solo acts for bride or groom? Done. I've even thrown in a Chelsea FC theme for a groom once!
- Team Bride and Team Groom: I create squad performances with full energy, props, and those inside jokes only your friends get.
- The big fam jam: My favourite. Grand finales, group dances, everyone on stage.
Making It Extra
- Conceptual entries for varmala or reception - think grand themes, props, background dancers, not just a basic walk-in.
- Surprise flashmob wedding dance at Haldi or Mehendi? I’ll plan it, hype it, and make sure everyone joins in.
- Every music mix is custom. Your song mashup won’t be heard at anyone else’s wedding, pakka (promise).
How We Roll
- Practice at my Gurgaon studio or do virtual dance rehearsals with easy video tutorials. No stress if you’re not in town.
- I travel for destination wedding dance planning. Jaipur, Udaipur, California - I’ve been there, danced that.
- On your big day, I’m backstage sorting cues and getting your crew in line, so you just enjoy the moment.

Nine years in, and still loving it! Bachpan se shaadi ka craze tha, by God. My own wedding - #SimRanToPardy - was full-on filmi, SRK vibes, custom entry song, family dancing everywhere. Met my hubby on Bumble, sangeet surprise DDLJ performance, pura drama! These secret rehearsals, inside jokes, happy tears... that’s the magic I chase. I get to help families make their own forever moments. Not just a job, yaar, we become one big fam.
