About Grow Your Own Fruit Trees (Ghar Mein Fal Ugao)

You do not need a large orchard to harvest your own produce. My trees are grafted and already acclimatized to pot environments, meaning they are primed to yield fruit much faster than typical saplings. Whether it is an Amrapali Mango or a Bhagwa Pomegranate, these are not just decorative plants; they are productive, living additions to your home.

People often get discouraged by fruit trees in pots because they buy young plants that never yield. The secret is in the graft. I only source and prune varieties like Amrapali Mango, L49 Guava, and Bhagwa Pomegranate that have been genetically trained to fruit within limited space.

What to expect

When you visit my nursery in Sector 91, you are not just buying a twig in a bag. You get a settled plant in a 14 to 20-inch grow bag or pot, often already budding or fruiting. It removes the guesswork.

Varieties to consider

  • Amrapali Mango: The gold standard for pot-grown varieties because it stays compact while yielding high fruit volume.
  • L49 Guava: Reliable, sweet, and starts producing during the rainy season.
  • Bhagwa Pomegranate: Known for the deep red color and high yield even in containers.
  • Mulberry: Excellent for shade and quick fruit production in our climate.

A note on care

Do not expect these to grow like wild jungle trees. They need discipline. They require regular sunshine and specific soil nutrition because they are working hard to produce fruit in a restricted root zone. If you are coming to Noida Greens, bring a vehicle that can carry a 4-5 foot tall plant. I will explain how to repot these properly so you do not shock the root system.
