How I Set It Up
- Cabana Structures: For a dedicated 'date night' feel, I build a 6ft canopy using bamboo or PVC poles, draped with white sheer netting. This provides a sense of privacy even in an open setting.
- Lighting & Ambiance: I use battery-operated warm white LED fairy lights draped over the fabric to create a soft, glowing atmosphere. If you need power for additional items, please ensure there is an accessible plug point nearby.
- Personalization: You can choose to add floral accents like artificial ivy or fresh rose petals on the floor to match the mood.
Practical Details
- Space Requirements: If you are booking a cabana, please measure your space beforehand. Most setups require a 6x6 ft clear area. If you are short on space, I can suggest alternative setups like corner balloon clusters or wall backdrops.
- Weather: Please keep an eye on the forecast. While my setups are sturdy, I cannot take responsibility for rain damage. If you have a backup indoor space, I can easily shift the setup there at the last minute.
- Setup Time: Most outdoor cabana setups take me about 45 to 60 minutes to complete. I prefer to arrive an hour before your surprise time to ensure everything is perfect before you and your partner walk in.
